采用大白鼠腹股沟植入棉球法产生与临床某些炎症后期病理变化相似的肉芽增生模型，证实抗癌素15mg／kg、30mg／kg具有抑制炎症作用，，并具量效关系，与阴性对照组蒸馏水比较有显著差异（P＜0.05～0.01），与阳性对照组吲哚美辛比较作用较弱。
Inoculation of cotton ball with inguinal groin in rats resulted in granulomatous hyperplasia model which was similar to the pathological changes in some later clinical stages of inflammation. It was confirmed that anti-cancer drugs 15mg / kg and 30mg / kg could inhibit the inflammation, Group distilled water was significantly different (P <0.05 ~ 0.01), compared with the positive control group indomethacin weaker.
