笔者集邮数十载,是最佳邮票评选的参与者和支持者,一向认为最佳邮票评选是我国邮坛的一件盛事,通过这项活动的,对提高我国邮票的设计印制水平和提高广大集邮爱好者的艺术鉴赏能力,有很重要的作用,这是不容置疑的。然而随着时间的推移、参与它的人逐渐减少了,主观上有主办单位指导思想和组织工作上的问题,客观上受集邮大环境影响。
