小儿散发性甲状腺功能减低症(简称散发性甲低)是小儿常见的内分泌疾病,如不及早确诊治疗,对小儿的智力发育将会造成严重的影响。我院6年间共收治散发性甲低74例,绝大多数就诊及确诊较晚,现将漏诊及临床误诊情况分析如下。
