我厂自生产航空产品以来,铝合金衬套精镗孔一直是生产中的薄弱环节。零件是薄壁件,要求一级精度(φ42.03~(+0.016)毫米),光洁度▽9(见图1)。在达不到要求情况下,工艺曾改为▽8。在历年加工中,光洁度多为▽8,有时更低些,只有▽7左右,而且经常出现0.01~0.03毫米的椭圆与锥度。整质工作中,我们在机床、刀具、夹具等几方面进行了探讨,使光洁度与椭圆问题基本得到解决,光洁度为▽9~▽10,有些为▽11,椭圆度与锥度在3~5微米之间,个别为6微米,达到了精镗孔工艺要求。
