我局所属菜蔬公司干菜经营处以往独家经营,生意比较好做,历来是个盈利较多的企业,1981年、1982年平均每年盈利320万元。近年来由于流通领域实行多种经济成份、多种经营方式、多种流通渠道、减少经营环节,市场发生了很大变化。但是干菜经营处对此反映迟钝,仍用原来的办法经商,使今年一季度实现利润比上年同期下降93%;每销售百元商品实现利润0.37元,比去年同期减少5.30元;每销售百元商品支付利息1.91元,比上年同期增加0.69元;资金周转一次125天,比上年同期缓慢60天,今年1—2月亏损19.8万元。
