发展学生入党工作是共青团推优工作的深入和体现,是加强大学生思想政治工作的重要内容,是高职院校党建工作的重要组成部分。针对现阶段学生思想观念和价值体系的变化,如何加强和改进高职院校学生党员发展工作,成为党建和团建工作面临的新课题。本文就发展优秀学生入党工作的各个环节进行探讨,并对建立党校团校模式提出见解。
The development of students joining the party is an in-depth and embodiment of the CYL’s excellent work, an important part of strengthening the ideological and political work of college students and an important part of the party building in higher vocational colleges. In view of the change of student’s ideology and value system at present stage, how to strengthen and improve the development of student party members in higher vocational colleges has become a new topic for party building and league building. This article discusses the development of outstanding students to join the party in all aspects, and to set up a model for the party school.
