编辑同志:在日常消防监督检查中,经常有企业管理人员向我们提出这样的问题:已经设置了消火栓,为什么还要配备灭火器呢?迟迟不配灭火器的行为足以说明一些企业负责人在认识上的偏差。不久前,我们的消防监督人员在一家木制包装公司检查时,发现该厂车间内没有按要求配齐消防器材。由于其经营性质为木材加工,火灾危险性较大,遂对该公司作出了罚款的处罚。对此,公司负责人很是不服,认为既然有了消火栓,起了火不是一样能扑灭吗,没必要再花钱配灭火器,并对罚款的作法感到不理解。
