【目的】筛选出对白星花金龟较理想的植物源杀虫剂。白星花金龟近几年在葡萄上造成严重危害,大量使用化学农药不但影响葡萄的品质,而且对人类健康构成隐患,与当今大力发展绿色和有机葡萄生产不协调。【方法】采用触杀和胃毒两种方法,对0.3%苦参碱水剂(Matrine)、5%天然除虫菊素乳油(pyrethrins)和0.3%印楝素乳油(Azadirachtin)三种植物源杀虫剂进行室内毒力测定,并与5%吡虫啉乳油(Imidacloprid)进行比较。【结果】四种杀虫剂对白星花金龟的胃毒毒力比触杀毒力高。各药剂对白星花金龟胃毒毒力大小排序:5%吡虫啉乳油(LC50值为5.456 mg/L)>0.36%苦参碱水剂(LC50值为10.557 mg/L)>5%天然除虫菊素乳油(LC50值为15.079 mg/L)>0.3%印楝素乳油(LC50值为23.459 mg/L)。【结论】5%吡虫啉乳油可用于绿色食品生产中白星花金龟的防治,0.36%苦参碱水剂和5%天然除虫菊素乳油则可以纳入绿色和有机食品生产中对白星花金龟的综合防治措施。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to screen out plant-derived insecticides which are ideal for white-bellied beetles. In recent years, the golden beetle has caused serious damage on grapes. The heavy use of chemical pesticides not only affects the quality of the grapes, but also poses a hidden danger to human health and is not in harmony with the current vigorous development of green and organic grape production. 【Method】 Three botanical insecticides, 0.3% matrine, 5% natural pyrethrins and 0.3% azadirachtin, Indoor toxicity assays were performed and compared with 5% imidacloprid (Imidacloprid). 【Result】 The results showed that the four kinds of insecticides had higher toxicity to the venom of the white-bellied beetle than the contact poison. 5% Imidacloprid EC (LC50 = 5.456 mg / L)> 0.36% Matrine (LC50: 10.557 mg / L)> 5% Natural pyrethrin EC (LC50 = 15.079 mg / L)> 0.3% azadirachtin (LC50 = 23.459 mg / L). 【Conclusion】 5% imidacloprid EC could be used for the prevention and control of the white-green beetle in green food production. 0.36% matrine and 5% natural pyrethrin EC could be integrated into the control of the white-beetle in green and organic food production .
