员工培训是企业发展的根本,现在企业之间的竞争其实就是人才的竞争,谁掌握了人才这个资源,谁就会在竞争中立于不败之地。员工的培训可分为对员工技术知识的培训和企业文化的培训,如果员工的价值观与企业文化相适应,则会随着企业的发展一起成长,使企业可以健康持续的发展。一个好的组织文化能够大大减少企业的培训费用,使员工按照内部和外部的环境要求进行自我的培训发展。
