以热喷涂铝基/ZrO2涂层和钢基/ZrO2涂层为样品,利用落水淬火实验研究了ZrO2涂层的抗热震性,结果表明:500℃淬冷后,无论是钢基/ZrO2涂层还是铝基/ZrO2涂层,其涂层表面几乎没有较大变化;800℃淬冷钢基/ZrO2涂层后,断面上钢基生成的氧化物膜在水急冷热震下出现脱落,但是涂层和基体还是结合得很完好,ZrO2涂层表面整体无大的变化,只出现了微小的裂纹,说明ZrO2涂层抗水急冷热震性良好。以热喷涂钢基/ZrO2涂层为样品,利用汽油增氧局部加热法研究了ZrO2涂层的抗烧蚀性,相同的喷火时间和喷火温度条件下的实验表明钢基/ZrO2涂层有明显的抗烧蚀性;不同喷火时间和喷火温度条件下的实验表明钢基/ZrO2涂层表面可以抵抗的烧蚀条件为:喷火时间小于8s和喷火温度小于1450℃。

The experiments under different spraying time and spraying temperature show that the ablation conditions that can be resisted on the surface of the steel substrate / ZrO2 coating are: the spraying time is less than 8s and the spraying temperature is less than 1450 ℃.
