蔡勇,中共党员,现南充市人民政府市长助理、四川嘉纺集团董事长、总经理、党委书记兼南充棉纺织厂厂长、党委书记,南充市青年企业家协会会长。 蔡勇是从基层一步一个脚印走上企业主要领导岗位的。他十分注重边干边学,先后完成了大学和研究生学业,在全国、省、市报刊和杂志上发表理论和经验文章数十篇。
