随着日益严重的城市交通拥堵与公务用车成本的居高不下,公务用车改革已经成为当今社会普遍关注的问题。国内一些地区、单位在公务用车制度改革上已经进行了有益的探索,也取得了一定的成绩,对公务用车制度改革起到了很好的导向作用。本文拟结合国内公务用车实际情况,对目前社会上成熟的公务用车货币补贴模式与效果进行分析,以期对我国公务用车货币化补贴改革提供参考。
With the increasingly serious urban traffic congestion and the high cost of official car, the reform of official car has become a common concern in today’s society. In some parts of China, the units have made useful explorations on the reform of official vehicle system and also made some achievements, which have played a very good guiding role in the reform of the system of official vehicle use. Based on the actual situation of domestic official vehicles, this paper analyzes the current mode and effect of monetary subsidy for official vehicles in order to provide reference for the reform of the monetary subsidies for official vehicles in China.
