长期以来,农村女性的受教育权由于经济因素的制约、文化基因的缺乏、教育机制的障碍等原因使其得不到有效保护。在城乡统筹发展背景下,要通过加大农村基础教育的投入;更正理念;消除机制樊篱,合理配置教育资源等措施,切实维护农村女性的受教育权,提高农村女性的文化素养。
For a long time, rural women’s right to education has not been effectively protected due to economic constraints, lack of cultural genes and barriers to educational systems. Under the background of overall development of urban and rural areas, we must earnestly safeguard rural women’s right to education and rural women’s cultural accomplishment by increasing investment in basic education in rural areas, correcting concepts, eliminating institutional barriers and rational allocation of educational resources.
