目的:探讨案例教学法在遗传与优生学基础教学中的应用效果。方法:选取本校助产专业2个班总共138名学生为研究对象。1班70名学生作为观察组,应用案例教学法教学;2班68名学生作为对照组,应用讲授式教学法教学。期末考试结束后对学生进行问卷调查。结果:各调查项目观察组人数比较均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。考试成绩经分析后,观察组平均分为84.5分,对照组平均分为71.4分,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:遗传与优生学基础教学中应用案例教学法可有效提高教学效果,调动学生学习的主观能动性,提升学生的综合素质。
Objective: To explore the application of case teaching method in basic teaching of genetics and eugenics. Methods: A total of 138 students from 2 classes of midwifery major in our university were selected as the research subjects. One group of 70 students as the observation group, teaching case teaching; 68 students in 2 classes as a control group, teaching teaching method using the teaching. After the final exam for students to conduct a questionnaire survey. Results: The number of observation group in each survey group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After the test scores were analyzed, the observation group averaged 84.5 points, the control group averaged 71.4 points, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of case teaching method in basic teaching of genetics and eugenics can effectively improve the teaching effect, arouse the subjective initiative of students and enhance the overall quality of students.
