(1999年11月27日广东省第九届人民代表大会常务委员会第十三次会议通过 1999年12月11日广东省第九届人民代表大会常务委员会公告第65号公布自公布之日起生效) 广东省第九届人民代表大会常务委员会第十三次会议审议了广东省人民代表大会法制委员会提请废止《广东省合伙经营条例》、《广东省经济特区土地管理条例》和《广东省人民代表大会常务委员会关于全省参照执行〈广州市禁止生产和经销假冒伪劣商品条例〉的决定》的议案,决定废止上述三项地方性法规。过去根据这些地方性法规对有关问题作出的处理仍然有效。本决定自公布之日起生效。
(Adopted at the Thirteenth Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Ninth People’s Congress of Guangdong on November 27, 1999 Announcement No. 65 of the Standing Committee of the Ninth People’s Congress of Guangdong on December 11, 1999 Effective as of the Date of Publication ) The thirteenth meeting of the Standing Committee of the Ninth People’s Congress of Guangdong Province examined the proposal made by the Legislative Affairs Commission of the Guangdong Provincial People’s Congress to abolish the Regulations on the Partnership in Guangdong Province, the Land Management Regulations of the Guangdong Special Economic Zone and the Guangdong Provincial People’s Representative The Standing Committee of the General Assembly on the province with reference to the implementation of “Guangzhou City, the prohibition of the production and distribution of counterfeit and inferior goods Ordinance,” the motion, decided to repeal the three local laws and regulations. In the past, the treatment of these problems according to these local laws and regulations remains valid. This decision shall take effect as of the date of its promulgation.
