近两年来,定陶县姑庵乡党委、政府大胆改革,狠抓基层组织建设,取得了可喜的成果。在许多乡镇诸如征购提留、计划生育、土地调整、干群关系等被视为难点的问题,而在这个乡都能迎刃而解,多次受到地、县党委、政府的表彰奖励。其奥妙何在?用当地群众的话说:“乡、村领导班子减员了,干部队伍精干了,扯皮现象少了,办事效率高了,农民负担轻了,经济效益好了,农村工作好做了!”
