由于输油管线输送具有连续、不间断的特点,管内介质(原油)的混合气体具有易燃易爆的性质,使得大型动火安全施工至关重要。施工中涉及的安全因素很多,除准备工作外,还有以下两个重要环节。封堵一般情况下输油管线在允许的时间内可以停运一段时间,管线停运后通过关闭阀门可尽量缩短施工动火管线的长度,最大限度地减少清出管内原油的数量。但实际上,大部分动火点都远离阀门。这时可采用管线封堵的方法,以达到上述目的。常用
