目的:观察并分析硝苯地平控释片联合贝那普利治疗老年高血压的临床治疗效果。方法:选取我院自2016年10月至2017年6月收治的138例老年高血压患者作为本次实验的研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为参照组和研究组,每组69例。参照组给予患者服用贝那普利片进行治疗,研究组在参照组的基础上给予合并服用硝苯地平控释片进行治疗,观察并比较两组患者的临床治疗效果及血压控制情况。结果:本次研究结果显示,研究组患者的治疗有效率为97.10%优于参照组患者86.95%,且研究组患者的收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)的降低幅度均优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对老年高血压患者给予硝苯地平联合依那普利进行治疗,能够有效控制患者血压,疗效显著,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical effect of nifedipine controlled release tablets combined with benazepril in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods: A total of 138 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were divided into the reference group and the study group using random number table method. Each group of 69 patients . Patients in the reference group were treated with benazepril tablets. The study group was treated with the combination of nifedipine controlled release tablets on the basis of the reference group. The clinical effects and blood pressure control were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: The results of this study showed that the treatment effective rate was 97.10% in study group and 86.95% in study group, and SBP and DBP decreased more in study group than in reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of nifedipine combined with enalapril in elderly hypertensive patients can effectively control the blood pressure in patients with hypertension. The curative effect is significant and worthy of clinical application.
