为完成神光Ⅲ原型装置20 kJ能源系统脉冲成形单元的研究设计,采用基于RLC串联谐振电路的临界阻尼特性对其进行了理论计算和仿真软件辅助验证并搭建了实际电路进行修正以确定最终放电参数。用这种方法,得到了神光Ⅲ原型装置20 kJ能源系统脉冲成形单元的设计参数。根据该参数建造出20套脉冲成形单元符合用户要求的结果证明该法可行。此方法可迅速完成棒状放大器脉冲成形单元的优化设计,也可供激光片状放大器脉冲成形单元设计参考。
In order to complete the research and design of pulse shaping unit of 20 kJ energy system in SG prototype Ⅲ, the critical damping characteristics of RLC series resonant circuit were used to verify the design and simulation software to verify and set up the actual circuit to correct the final discharge parameter. In this way, the design parameters of the pulse shape unit of 20 kJ energy system of SG prototype III are obtained. Based on this parameter, 20 sets of pulse shaping units are built to meet the user’s requirements, which proves that this method is feasible. This method can quickly complete the optimal design of the rod amplifier pulse shaping unit, but also for the pulse laser pulse amplifier unit design reference.
