目的对短柱肖菝葜Heterosmilax yunnanensis的化学成分进行研究。方法应用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过理化方法和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离和鉴定出一种新化合物。结论该化合物为1,3,6,7-四羟基-酮-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷,命名为肖菝葜苷A(heterosmioside A)。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Heterosmilax yunnanensis. Methods A variety of chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify. Structure identification was performed by physicochemical methods and spectral data. Results A new compound was isolated and identified. Conclusion This compound is 1,3,6,7-tetrahydroxy-indolone-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and is named as “heterosmioside A”.
