大老爷府油田水驱效果差,采收率低仅14.4%,没有效益提高水驱效果的技术手段,本文根据氮气泡沫调驱机理,优选老16-22井组进行氮气泡沫驱矿场试验,达到改善开发效果,实现效益增产的目的。试验后,注入压力上升,吸水指数下降,整体增油、降含水效果好,同时,氮气泡沫对高渗透条带产生封堵,气体渗流能力比水强,受效井增多,扫油面积增大,平面矛盾缓解;层间压力和相对吸水量差异减小,吸水厚度增大,层间矛盾减小,水驱波及体积增大。吨油成本780元,具有较好经济效益。指明了油田下步挖潜方向,为提高采收率提供了技术保障。
