中国钢铁企业近十年来节能降耗水平进步飞速,但与世界先进水平差距仍较大;今后几年,我国正由钢铁大国向钢铁强国迈进的关键时期,同时国内的能源、运输、原材料矛盾日益突出,同行业竞争日显激烈,钢铁企业若想立足其中,必须从节能降耗里寻找生存空间;而当前我国正在建设节约型社会,钢铁行业的节能降耗更是全社会对它未来发展的要求。
