[World Nuclear News website reported on December 3, 2013] Pakistan recently held the launching ceremony of the largest nuclear power project in China, the Karachi nuclear power construction project. The plant, located near Paradise Point in Sindh, will build two ACP1000 units under a turnkey contract by China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC).
