用于放疗计划的 CT和 MRI图像断层之间的距离通常大于断层内部像素间的距离,三维剂量场的计算等工作通常需要等间隔分布的三维图像数据。目前常用的断层间直接线性插值的方法会引起图像边界模糊,针对这个问题,本文提出了一种基于相邻两个断层图像对应点匹配的插值新方法,首先在相邻断层间建立起点与点的对应关系,然后再利用这些对应点插值出新的图像数据。模拟结果表明,这种方法能有效地消除直接线性插值带来的图像边界模糊的问题,使得插值后的图像质量比传统方法有明显改善。
The distance between CT and MRI image tomograms used for radiotherapy planning is usually larger than the distance between the internal pixels of the fault. Three-dimensional dose field calculation and so on usually require three-dimensional image data distributed at equal intervals. In order to solve this problem, a new interpolation method based on the matching of two adjacent tomographic images is proposed in this paper. The first point is to establish the point and the second between the adjacent faults The corresponding relationship, and then use these points to interpolate the new image data. The simulation results show that this method can effectively eliminate the ambiguity of the image boundary caused by the direct linear interpolation, and the quality of the interpolated image is obviously improved compared with the traditional method.
