采用复合变质方法对ZL114A合金进行变质处理,研究其组织性能的变化。结果表明,复合变质后合金T6态的共晶硅已几乎全部呈粒状或球状,颗粒圆整度大幅提高;力学性能明显改善,σb达到360MPa,δs达到6%以上。
ZL114A alloy was modified by composite metamorphism to study its microstructure and properties. The results show that the eutectic silicon in alloy T6 state has been almost all granular or spherical, and the roundness of the particles has been greatly improved. The mechanical properties have been improved remarkably. The σb reaches 360MPa and the δs reaches above 6%.
