机关党的建设加强了,就会有力促进政权机关建设;机关党的建设工作削弱了,就可能带来政权建设的削弱。各级领导干部个体素质和能力的提高,构成了党的整体执政能力的基础。机关党建的一项重要任务就是要建设一支高素质的党员干部队伍,他们的思想政治状况又直接影响党的领导和执政的基础。党的执政主体集中在各级党政领导机关。
The strengthening of the party building of the organism will strongly promote the construction of the organs of state power.
