随着对结核病免疫本质的认识及现代分子生物学的进展,有关检测结核病免疫状况方法已有很多,但对于淋巴细胞DNA修复能力及与淋巴细胞转化能力关系的研究甚少。为此,我们检测了43例活动性肺结核患者及正常人静脉血淋巴细胞DNA修复能力、淋巴细胞转化能力的变化,以探讨活动性肺结核患者的免疫状况。
With the understanding of the nature of the immune of tuberculosis and the progress of modern molecular biology, there are many methods to detect the immune status of tuberculosis. However, there is little research on the relationship between the repair ability of lymphocytes DNA and the ability of lymphocyte transformation. To this end, we examined the DNA repair capacity and lymphocyte transformation of 43 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis and normal human venous blood lymphocytes, to investigate the immune status of patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis.
