目的探讨心房纤颤患者β-纤维蛋白原-148C/T(β-Fg-148C/T)基因多态性与血浆纤维蛋白原(Fg)水平及缺血性脑血管病的关系。方法检测92例心房纤颤合并脑梗死患者、80例心房纤颤患者和98名健康者的β-Fg-148C/T基因型及等位基因,并测定血浆Fg水平。结果心房纤颤合并脑梗死组及心房纤颤组β-Fg-148C/T中T等位基因频率与健康对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心房纤颤合并脑梗死组β-Fg-148C/T中T等位基因频率与心房纤颤组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);心房纤颤合并脑梗死组及心房纤颤组血浆Fg水平与健康对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心房纤颤合并脑梗死组血浆Fg水平与心房纤颤组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T等位基因携带者血浆Fg水平明显高于同组C/C基因型,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论β-148C/T基因的T等位基因与心房纤颤合并脑梗死及心房纤颤关系密切,并且与血浆高水平的Fg有关,血浆Fg水平与心房纤颤合并脑梗死密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between β-Fibrinogen-148C / T (β-Fg-148C / T) gene polymorphism and plasma fibrinogen (Fg) level and ischemic cerebrovascular disease in patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods The β-Fg-148C / T genotypes and alleles of 92 patients with atrial fibrillation and cerebral infarction, 80 patients with atrial fibrillation and 98 healthy controls were detected and the level of plasma Fg was measured. Results The frequency of T-allele in β-Fg-148C / T in patients with atrial fibrillation complicated with cerebral infarction and atrial fibrillation was significantly higher than that in healthy controls (P <0.05). Atrial fibrillation with cerebral infarction There was no significant difference in T allele frequency between β-Fg-148C / T and atrial fibrillation group (P> 0.05). The plasma Fg level in atrial fibrillation group and atrial fibrillation group was significantly higher than that in healthy control group (P <0.05). The level of plasma Fg in patients with atrial fibrillation and cerebral infarction was significantly higher than that in patients with atrial fibrillation (P <0.05). The level of plasma Fg Significantly higher than the same group C / C genotype, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The T allele of β-148C / T gene is closely related to atrial fibrillation with cerebral infarction and atrial fibrillation, and is related to high plasma Fg level. Plasma Fg level is closely related to atrial fibrillation with cerebral infarction.
