多年来,发展中国家实施何种经济发展战略的学理论争一直在进行中。在中国,围绕“比较优势战略论”的理论争鸣也还在进行。传统的比较优势论因国际现实巨变而显露出某种程度的理论缺损,但它仍然是阐释国际经济的基础理论。中国的“比较优势战略论”以传统的比较优势理论作为理论基底,并对中国等发展中国家经济发展实践经验进行理论提炼,不但发展了比较优势理论,也为中国等发展中国家经济发展战略提供了正确合理的理论支持。
Over the years, the theoretical debate on what kind of economic development strategy has been implemented in developing countries has been going on. In China, the theoretical debate on the “theory of comparative advantages” is still going on. The traditional comparative advantage theory has revealed some degree of theoretical defects due to the tremendous changes in the world. However, it remains the basic theory for explaining the international economy. China’s “theory of comparative advantages” takes traditional comparative advantage theory as the theoretical basis and theoretically extracts the practical experience of economic development in developing countries such as China.
