Objective: To study the changes of serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), interferon-γ (IFN-γ), interleukin-6 (IL-6), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and hepatocytes in patients with diabetic nephropathy The role of the change of growth factor (HGF) in the occurrence and development of nephropathy. Methods: The levels of serum TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-6, VEGF and HGF in 20 patients with diabetic nephropathy and 20 normal controls were analyzed by ELISA. Results: Serum levels of TNF-α, IL-6, VEGF and HGF in patients with diabetic nephropathy were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.01), while levels of IFN-γ in patients with diabetic nephropathy were significantly lower than those in normal controls (P <0.01 ). Conclusion: The changes of TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-6, VEGF and HGF levels play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of diabetic nephropathy. To observe the changes of TNF-α, IFN-γ, Important clinical value.
