本文报告1例大鱼际肌深面的恶性血管外皮瘤。4次手术。4次复发,两次单纯切除肿瘤均在半年内复发;第4次手术加放疗1+年后复发。结合文献讨论了肿瘤的临床及病变特点、生物学行为及治疗方法。
This article reports a case of large intertidal muscle malignant hemangiopericytoma. 4 times surgery. 4 relapse, two simple resection of the tumor recurrence within six months; the 4th surgery plus radiotherapy recurrence after 1 + years. Combined with the literature discussed the clinical and pathological features of the tumor, biological behavior and treatment.
