二○一五年十月二十六日宁政规字[2015]20号各区人民政府,市府各委办局,市各直属单位:现将《南京市流动人口居住管理办法(试行)》印发给你们,请认真遵照执行。南京市流动人口居住管理办法(试行)第一条为加强流动人口服务管理,保障流动人口合法权益,促进经济社会协调发展,根据有关法律、法规、规章和《省政府办公厅关于印发江苏省流动人口居住管理办法(试行)的通知》(苏政办发[2013]179号),结合本市实际,制定本办法。第二条本市行政区域内流动人口居住登记和居住证申领、发放、使用、管理等相关活动,适用本办法。

Article 2 The present Measures shall apply to such activities as the application for registration, residence, registration, residence permit application, issuance, use and management of floating population within the administrative area of this Municipality.
