2010年,国家队优秀游泳运动员在青海多巴国家高原体育训练基地训练三周(3月2日—3月20日),对期间的二周运动负荷以及生理、生化指标进行分析,结果显示:运动员在高原训练初期,血红蛋白偏高,且由于运动员对高原环境的不适应或者在训练时过大的负荷强度,有运动员在血尿素、尿蛋白以及肌酸激酶等指标上出现异常,运动员身体机能下降,出现运动疲劳现象。
