以安祖花(Anthurium andraeanum)抗逆性较强的品种‘Pink Champion’为母本,主栽品种‘Dakota’为父本,杂交得到F1代,从该杂种F1代中随机选出94个单株为作图群体,利用SRAP分子标记技术并运用JoinMap4.0软件的CP作图模型构建了遗传连锁图谱。该图谱覆盖基因组长1 689.5 cM,共254个标记,定位于19个连锁群上,标记间平均距离为6.65 cM。各连锁群长度在7.6~187.2 cM范围内,每个连锁群包含3~43个标记。
The hybrid cultivar ’Dakota’ was used as the male parent and the F1 hybrid was obtained from the cultivar ’Pink Champion’ with strong resistance to Anthurium andraeanum. Ninety-four single Strain was used as a mapping population. The genetic linkage map was constructed using SRAP molecular marker technique and CP mapping model using JoinMap4.0 software. The map covered 1689.5 cM genomes with a total of 254 markers located in 19 linkage groups with an average distance between markers of 6.65 cM. The length of each linkage group ranged from 7.6 to 187.2 cM, and each linkage group contained 3 to 43 markers.
