机关干部作为一个职业群体,有其不同于其他群体的气质品格、心理预期和情感需要。近年来,由于机关干部工作和生活压力增大,心理障碍和思想负担增多,出现心理问题的人和事屡见不鲜。对此,如果不加以重视和疏导,任其发展演变,将不仅会影响机关干部个人的身体健康、工作状态和工作成效,而且会影响单位的中心工作和团结稳定,甚至可能损害政府部门的政策执行效果及社会形象。因此,要高度重视机关干部心理健康,切实做好心理疏导工作,促进和谐机关建设。
