当前,腐败现象仍呈蔓延趋势,以权谋私、权钱交易、权权交易以及贪污受贿等腐败现象已严重影响到党和政府的威信,损害了党群关系、干群关系,影响了改革开放政策的实施和成果的巩固,影响到政治稳定和社会治安稳定。因此,反贪肃贿已是摆在全党面前的一个重要的政治和历史任务。一、当前我省经济犯罪的特点今年以来,我省检察机关认真贯彻中纪委二、三次全会精神,集中力量查办了一批贪污贿赂等大要案件。1——6月,共受理贪污贿赂等经济犯罪案件858件,立案侦查388件454人,其中贪污贿赂案件209件,占立案总数的53.9%,追缴赃款赃物折合人民币1006.9万元。已审结移交起诉99件118人,其中大要案36件47人;向法院起诉95件114人,其中大要案31件35人,已有4名罪犯被判处死刑,6名被判处无期徒刑。从查案情况看,当前我省经济犯罪的特点有:

The stolen goods recovered amounted to RMB10,069,000. Nine hundred and eleven persons have been prosecuted and prosecuted, of which 36 are major cases and 47 are prosecuted. 95 cases and 114 cases are sued in the courts, of which 31 cases and 35 cases are major crimes.
