《招聘与录用》课程是人力资源管理专业教学中的一门核心专业课程,在培养学生人力资源管理技能方面发挥着积极作用。文中以浙江旅游职业学院人力资源管理专业为个案,通过对该专业《招聘与录用》课程的教学现状进行分析,针对当前教学存在的问题,提出理论与实践整合的教学模式,并分别阐述了该教学模式的内容和具体应用情况,以图更好地提高学生自主学习、解决问题、团队合作、与人交流等方面的关键能力。
The hiring and hiring course is a core specialized course in human resource management and plays an active role in cultivating students’ human resource management skills. This paper takes Zhejiang Tourism College human resource management as a case and analyzes the current situation of the teaching of “Recruitment and Employment” in this specialty. In view of the current teaching problems, this paper puts forward a teaching mode integrating theory with practice, Teaching content and the specific application of the model in order to better enhance students’ ability to learn independently, solve problems, team cooperation, and other key aspects of human communication.
