目的探讨乳腺癌中Pokemon(POK erythroid ontogenic factor)蛋白的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测52例乳腺癌、20例癌旁正常组织、20例乳腺增生组织Poke-mon蛋白的表达,并对其与临床病理特征的关系进行分析。结果①Pokemon蛋白表达于乳腺癌细胞核和细胞质。乳腺癌细胞核Pokemon蛋白高表达率为71.2%(37/52),显著高于癌旁正常乳腺组织40%(8/20)、乳腺增生组织25%(5/20),P<0.05。②乳腺癌组织中有腋窝淋巴结转移组细胞核Pokemon蛋白高表达率(82.8%)显著高于无腋窝淋巴结转移组(56.5%),P<0.05。结论Pokemon蛋白高表达可能在乳腺癌发生中起重要作用且与腋窝淋巴结转移相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of Pokemon (POK erythroid ontogenic factor) in breast cancer and its significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Poke-mon protein in 52 cases of breast cancer, 20 cases of adjacent normal tissues and 20 cases of breast hyperplasia. The relationship between the expression of Poke-mon and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results ①Pokemon protein was expressed in nuclei and cytoplasm of breast cancer cells. The high expression rate of Pokemon protein in breast cancer cells was 71.2% (37/52), which was significantly higher than that in normal breast tissues (40%, 8/20) and 25% (5/20) of breast hyperplasia tissues, P <0.05. (2) The high expression rate of Pokemon protein in axillary lymph node metastasis group (82.8%) was significantly higher than that in no axillary lymph node metastasis group (56.5%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The high expression of Pokemon protein may play an important role in the development of breast cancer and is related to axillary lymph node metastasis.
