深入推进社会矛盾化解、社会管理创新、公正廉洁执法三项重点工作,是党中央深入贯彻落实科学发展观,着力解决影响社会和谐稳定的源头性、根本性、基础性问题的重大战略部署。在这三项重点工作中,社会矛盾化解是基础,它要求检察机关在执法办案过程中要以促进公正廉洁为目标,全面加强和改进检察工作,积极化解社会矛盾,为社会和谐稳定提供更有力的法治保障。本文仅结合反贪工作的实际谈谈检察机关如何更好的在社会建设和社会管理方面发挥作用。
