我身高1.70米,体重54公斤,属于消瘦体型。常失眠,易感冒,但我的肺活量还算可以。由于我是一名旅游和摄影爱好者,去四川稻城拍摄一直是我的梦想,朋友都说我的体质不适合去高山地区。我却认为,只要做好防护、备好药品,应对高山反应是没有问题的。
