一、当前中国房地产市场的发展态势(一)2003年1-11月份全国房地产开发投资突破8000亿,达到8258亿元,同比增长32.5%,增幅比去年同期增加4.3个百分点。(二)土地购置面积同比增长37.3%,土地开发面积增长38.8%, 从这两个数字可以看出,土地购置面积和开发面积虽然增长幅度不一样, 但是比较接近。
I. Current Situation of China’s Real Estate Market (I) Investment in real estate development in the country from January to November 2003 exceeded 800 billion yuan to reach 825.8 billion yuan, up 32.5% over the same period of previous year, an increase of 4.3 percentage points over the same period of last year. (2) The purchase area of land increased by 37.3% from the same period of last year and the area of land development increased by 38.8%. From these two figures, it can be seen that although the purchase area and development area of land are not the same, the growth rate is relatively close.
