目的探讨对我院58例非典型急性心肌梗死患者的治疗体会。方法回顾性分析我院自2008年4月至2009年2月间收治的58例非典型急性心肌梗死患者的临床表现,由此选择最适宜的治疗方法。结果 58例患者中,无一例死亡,均治疗后好转出院,其中,46例溶栓成功,再通率达79.31,胸痛迅速缓解消失32例;发生再灌注心律失常21例,5例出现静脉穿刺部位皮肤淤斑,无发生牙齿出血、消化道出血及出血性脑卒中。结论及时,正确,有效的治疗非典型急性心肌梗死患者,可降低风险率,死亡率及致残率。
Objective To explore the treatment of 58 cases of atypical acute myocardial infarction in our hospital. Methods The clinical manifestations of 58 patients with atypical AMI who were admitted to our hospital from April 2008 to February 2009 were analyzed retrospectively to select the most appropriate treatment. Results Of the 58 patients, none of them died after treatment. Among them, 46 cases were successfully thrombolyzed, the recanalization rate was 79.31, the chest pain relieved and disappeared rapidly in 32 cases, reperfusion arrhythmia occurred in 21 cases and venous puncture occurred in 5 cases Parts of the skin ecchymosis, no occurrence of dental bleeding, gastrointestinal bleeding and hemorrhagic stroke. Conclusions A timely, correct and effective treatment of patients with atypical AMI can reduce the risk, mortality and morbidity.
