中国有色金属工业总公司昆明公司于9月17～18日在昆明有色冶金设计研究院召开了该公司技术经济信息中心的成立大会,昆明公司所属的一、二级公司厂矿及院所43人参加了会议。昆明公司付经理陈大举,昆明公司咨询委员会付主任王芝圃出席大会并讲了话,中国有色金属工业总公司技术经济研究中心也派代表参加了大会。
