用电感耦合等离子直读光谱仪测定正常家兔肝胆汁中微量元素含量,结果发现兔肝胆汁中含有23种元素,其中14种元素浓度高于检出下限,大多为金属元素,亦有少量非金属元素。这结果与黑色胆石成分基本一致。在刺激兔耳肝胆穴后,观察到肝胆汁中一些必需金属元素如铜、铁、镁等的含量都有所下降,尤以钠浓度下降明显。以上结果为进一步探讨耳压法预防结石症产生提供了依据。
The contents of trace elements in the liver and bile of normal rabbits were determined by inductively coupled plasma direct reading spectrometer. The results showed that there were 23 elements in rabbit liver bile, of which 14 elements were higher than the lower limit of detection, mostly metal elements, and a small amount of non- metal element. This result is basically the same with the black gallstone composition. After stimulating the rabbit ear liver and gallbladder points, the content of some essential metal elements such as copper, iron, magnesium and the like in the liver bile were observed to be decreased, especially the sodium concentration decreased obviously. The above results provide a basis for further discussion of the method of ear pressure to prevent stones.
