目的：探讨产褥期合并颅内静脉窦血栓形成的护理经验。方法：随访总结2014年1月—2015年1月收治的6例产褥期合并颅内静脉窦血栓形成患者的护理体会。结果：6例患者经脱水降颅压、镇静、止痛、补液等等基础治疗，并及时给予抗凝、抗感染、改善循环等综合治疗，均痊愈出院。结论：加强产褥期合并颅内静脉窦血栓形成患者的护理，能有效预防和减少并发症的发生，降低了致残率、致死率。
Objective: To explore the nursing experience of puerperium with intracranial venous sinus thrombosis. Methods: Follow-up was summarized from January 2014 to January 2015 admitted 6 cases of puerperium with intracranial venous sinus thrombosis in patients with nursing experience. Results: Six patients were treated with dehydration, intracranial pressure, sedation, analgesia, rehydration and other basic treatment, and timely given anticoagulant, anti-infective, improve circulation and other comprehensive treatment were discharged. Conclusion: Nursing care in patients with puerperium complicated with intracranial venous sinus thrombosis can effectively prevent and reduce complications and reduce morbidity and mortality.
