随着城市建设的高速发展和城市规模的不断扩张,城市所需要配置的防空资源,尤其是人防工事也越来越多。在单纯依靠普通防空地下室已经不能满足要求的情况下,采用适当的技术手段对早期的人防工程进行的加固和改建,可以有效地缓解这对日渐突出的矛盾。以某一早期人防隧道改建工程为例,结合隧道的现状和改造要求,采用试算方法求解了改建线路及断面,并用解析法简单分析了开挖中的围岩稳定性问题。通过实践证明,本文所采用的计算和分析方法得当,该项改造对于提升人防资源行之有效。
With the rapid development of urban construction and the continuous expansion of urban scale, more and more air defense resources, especially air defense work, are required for cities. In the case of simply relying on ordinary air defense basement can no longer meet the requirements, the use of appropriate technical means to reinforce and rebuild the early air defense projects can effectively alleviate the increasingly prominent contradictions. Taking an early civil air defense tunnel reconstruction project as an example, based on the status quo and reconstruction requirements of the tunnel, the method of trial calculation was used to solve the reconstruction of the road and section. The stability of surrounding rock in excavation was simply analyzed by analytic method. Proved by practice, the method of calculation and analysis adopted in this article is appropriate, and this reform is effective in improving civil air defense resources.
