目的探讨SperMagic在人卵细胞质内单精子注射中应用对精子活动数量、卵子受精、胚胎发育及临床结局的影响。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2013年1月在本科接受细胞质内单精子注射的严重少弱精或非梗阻性无精子症周期共132例,分为研究组68例和对照组64例。研究组在精液处理结束后的50μL精子授精液中加入5μL的SperMagic,对照组未添加SperMagic。比较2组精子活动力、2PN受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、可用胚胎率及临床妊娠率。结果2组年龄、2PN受精率、临床妊娠率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组的精子活动力显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而且优质胚胎率、可用胚胎率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 SperMagic在细胞质内单精子注射中应用有助于选择正常精子,有利于合子的形成及胚胎的发育,从而能有效提高胚胎利用率,有助于获得较好的临床结局。
Objective To investigate the effect of SperMagic on the number of sperm motility, egg fertilization, embryo development and clinical outcome in human oocyte cytoplasm injections. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted between January 2011 and January 2013 in 132 undergraduates with severe oligozoospermia or non-obstructive azoospermia receiving cytoplasmic single sperm injection. There were 68 cases in study group and 64 cases in control group. The research group added 5 μL of SperMagic to 50 μL spermatozoa after semen treatment, while SperMagic was not added in the control group. The sperm motility, 2PN fertilization rate, cleavage rate, quality embryo rate, available embryo rate and clinical pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in age, 2PN fertilization rate and clinical pregnancy rate between the two groups (P> 0.05). However, the sperm motility of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01) Higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of SperMagic in intracytoplasmic sperm injection is helpful to select normal sperms, which is beneficial to the formation of zygotes and the development of embryos, which can effectively improve the utilization rate of embryos and help to obtain a better clinical outcome.
