目的比较腹腔镜手术和开放手术治疗肾上腺肿瘤的疗效。方法选择在某院就诊的80名肾上腺肿瘤患者的临床资料,随机将分为开放手术组和腹腔镜手术组,于术中手术总时间、出血量以及术中进行输血的例数,于术后观察患者因病情不稳定进入ICU观察的例数以及患者引流量、下床时间、住院天数,并采用SPSS18.0软件进行统计学分析。结果腹腔镜手术组的术中观察指标和术后观察指标均明显优于开放手术组。结论膜后腹腔镜手术可以有效地减少术中和术后并发症的出现,有利于患者术后的恢复,值得在肾上腺肿瘤的治疗中推广。
Objective To compare the efficacy of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery in the treatment of adrenal tumors. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with adrenal tumors who were treated in a hospital were randomly divided into open surgery group and laparoscopic surgery group. The total operation time, blood loss and blood transfusion during operation were recorded. Observe the number of patients into the ICU due to unstable conditions and the patient drainage, out of bed time, hospitalization days, and using SPSS18.0 software for statistical analysis. Results The intraoperative and postoperative indexes of laparoscopic surgery group were significantly better than those of open surgery group. Conclusion Postoperative laparoscopic surgery can effectively reduce the occurrence of intraoperative and postoperative complications and is beneficial to the postoperative recovery of patients. It is worth to be popularized in the treatment of adrenal tumors.
