通过对某苯乙烯生产装置工艺凝液中杂质进行EDS元素分析及傅里叶红外光谱分析,确定了杂质的组成系苯乙烯聚合形成的混合物,分析研究了杂质的形成原因并通过采用降低油水分离器介质温度、采用乙苯多级萃取及降低汽提塔操作温度等综合措施,缓解了苯乙烯在汽提塔的聚合问题,确保了工艺凝液质量稳定并产生了较好的经济及社会效益。
