高校是培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人的重要阵地,高校中的大学生党员是大学生中较为先进的群体和学生干部中的骨干力量,针对大学生党员教育如何在方式上创新而使教育更具可行性是高校基层党组织工作的重要内容。文章旨在通过对大学生党员的现状和教育中存在问题进行分析,重点探讨如何创新大学生党员教育的方式,从而切实提高对大学生党员教育的实效性。
Colleges and universities are important positions for cultivating the builders and successors of the socialist cause. The college student party members in colleges and universities are the backbone of the more advanced groups of university students and student cadres, and make education more viable in light of how the party members’ Sex is an important part of the work of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities. The article aims to analyze the status quo of college student party members and the existing problems in education, focusing on ways to innovate the education of party members in college students so as to effectively improve the effectiveness of Party members’ education.
